Writing is in Japanese so I can't make out if it says height / weight, but it does say

Pre owned vintage condition. A little wear on the inside of the jacket. There is a small label on the inside with a 90's Sanrio  that has some writing on it, and some parts with some sharpie on it. I am not sure if the brand of the coat has something to do with the sanrio company, but just listing the coat with all the details.

Bust/Chest~ All the around the bust/chest area right under the arm seams, so side to side X's 2.
Shoulder~ across seam to seam.
Waist~ All the way around waist.
Hips~ about 7" to 9" below waist.
Sleeves~ from the top at seam to cuff.
Length~
items that have a standard collar~ from seam to bottom hem
item with scoop/lower back~ I then measure from center shoulder to bottom hem
Strapless dresses & skirts, down side from top to bottom hem
Inseam~ from center crotch seam down to bottom hem

I always try to note (if there are) any flaws or defects in items. I do sometimes sell items from discount stores, and have found a few items with marking in inside tags to prevent returns.  Does not affect wear of clothing and can not been seen from the outside of clothing.
