Do not use for more than 30 minutes for single time, for cold therapy: lay the pack flat in freezer pre-cooling for at least 2 hours for optimal use, can be stored in freezer permanently for emergency use; for hot therapy: lay the pack flat in microwave and heating for 15-20 seconds, can be heating repeatedly until reaches wanted temperature, but do always keeping the pack under 150℃/302℉
