This is the original box for the JC Switcher boxed train set.
The box is in 4 pieces, it's the complete box
For the age this box I feel the graphics are in really good condition, however it is no longer glued together and hence needs to be glued together.
This would be great for any Lionel train collector who has the JC switcher set and is looking for the box.
This will be doubled boxed to insure it gets there as described

Poor box per pictures and description in pieces, but folds and looks perfect if someone taped it.
We acquired a Lionel train collection and have done minimal cleaning to these items in order to preserve lettering etc. We are not TCA members and are choosing the grading to the best of our ability so please look carefully at pictures as these can be subjective. If you are not happy with the item please return it in the same condition as received within 7 days at your expense, however we will absorb the shipping incurred that you paid but you must pay shipping back to us. Engines and cars might need to be serviced, all known defects will be disclosed but we have not test run the engines or cars. Any questions your welcome to call before the sale and we will be as honest as possible.

SHIPPING POLICY
We ship daily VIA FedEx Ground as well as VIA USPS. Which carrier we use is up to our discretion, but we will be happy to work with you. You MAY incur additional shipping fees if your item MUST be shipped VIA USPS or FedEx, but depends upon item size, weight, and ship to location. If you would like insurance on your item please let us know.
On-site pickups are subject to a handling fee.  If you insist on using your shipment method such as FedEx, our shipping & handling fees still apply. All shipping damage and DOA claims must be made to us within 2 business days and you MUST retain our original packaging for us to process a claim-NO EXCEPTIONS.
We will not ship to Indonesia or Nigeria!

DESCRIPTION
Unless otherwise stated, the item(s) offered in this auction are used working pulls which might have some minor scuffing, scratches, adhesive from stickers et cetera as most of our equipment is surplus.
We try to describe our items as accurately and honestly as we can, but sometimes we may overlook something. If something that you think should be included with this item is not listed, please do not assume that it is included in the auction.

and ask if there is any question(s) you may have-thanks.   Please know what you are bidding on, if you order the wrong part, it is not our fault, but we can work with you for getting the right part, or returning it for a restocking fee depending on the circumstances.  We are human and really are seeking repeat customers.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If for any reason you have to return the item(s) won in this auction, you pay shipping charges to us and we pay shipping charges back to you. If the product is suspected of being defective, and in fact it was not found to be defective, customer pays shipping/handling fee to return the item to them at the same rate of what the auction had listed. As-is items are as-is and there is no refunds as per the auction.  Shipping charges are  non-refundable under any circumstances unless we made a mistake in which case we will gladly pay shipping both ways and this is at our discretion.
We will replace all guaranteed items with a substitute of equal or greater value at our discretion should a problem arise within the stated warranty period.  In the event a substitute cannot be found, we will issue a refund of the purchase price and the shipping that you paid us, but the return shipping charge to ship the item back you must pay for us to process a refund. Shipping damage claims must be submitted within 2 days of receipt of item (no exceptions) and receiver must retain original packaging in order for a claim to be processed by the shipping company and failure to do this will result in the claim being denied by the shipping company and nobody wants this to happen.  We will not process warranty claims except for shipping damage claims, until product arrives back at our location for testing by our technicians. Any modifications, disassembly, improper use, neglect, or abuse voids warranty even if the item is still within the stated warranty period. Be advised all products leaving our facility are marked and that our products - not someone else's - must be returned to us for claims.  Returns if authorized by us and remember, this is Ebay and as-is means as-is, but if we do authorize a return the refund amount is subject to a 25% restocking fee of the purchase price or minimum restocking fee whichever is greater, shipping is not refundable as stated previously.
