Shipping cost is .95 .Payment is expected to be received within 3 calendar days of end of auction. Shipping.I ship all items usually within 2 business day of receipt of your payment. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless they are light enough to go USPS 1st Class Mail, or so bulky or heavy that they must ship via UPS Ground. Items paid via Paypal must be shipped to the bidders verified eBay address.! I do not charge a handling fee. I set my charge only to cover actual shipping costs which include the box or padded envelope, packing, and insurance,  RETURN POLICY:  Because of a few bad experiences I have had to add the following: Buyer agrees to contact and communicate with the seller before filing any action with ebay to just automatically return a damaged item. Buyer agrees that if an item is damaged in shipment he will work with the seller in  filing and supporting any damage  claim to the insured shipper.
It has only happened a couple of times in over thousands of sales but, for any item that arrives damaged, the buyer is required to process the insurance claim. I will furnish any required documentation needed to initiate the claim. Save all packing for postal inspection along with the item. The postal service will reimburse you in part or fully based upon the extent of the damage or lost parcel. (which is all in accordance with the EBay return policy)
Should the buyer not adhere to the above conditions, return shipping expenses incurred will be borne and be the responsibility of the buyer and not the seller. . Problems,/Feedback / Common Sense: If there is a problem, regardless of type, write to me and I will make every attempt to resolve it with you. I make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. Remember the postal service is not perfect and while I try to carefully pack every item, neither am I. You are bidding on the item as shown and described. You are not bidding on what you think the item should be or what you would like it to be.
