while connected to a power source.  However, the internal battery does not hold a charge.
The display screen is in good working condition
.  All knobs and switches are in good condition

The metal casing has scratches and chipped paint (see photo).  All clasps close properly.  Both gauges are in good cosmetic condition.
The overall cosmetic condition of this unit is good with the exception of the scratches on the outside

do not have the necessary equipment to conduct further testing on this system, it is being sold as-is with no returns.  Includes everything displayed in the photos and nothing else.
